The Commander Bar

PRE-ORDER NOW — THE COMMANDER BAR

Estimated Delivery: 4–5 Months

Be one of the first to get the Commander Bar. Pre-order yours now to reserve your bar from our upcoming production run.

A Different Grip Position. A More Comfortable Way to Train.

The Commander Bar is built to make pressing movements feel more natural on the shoulders without giving up the strength-building benefits of a barbell.

Strategically angled grips place your hands and arms in a more comfortable position during movements like the bench press, incline press, and overhead press. The unique design helps reduce unnecessary stress on the shoulders and wrists while still allowing you to train heavy and move naturally.

And it’s not just for pressing. The versatile design works great for bent-over rows and other upper-body movements, making the Big Benchas Edition a valuable addition to home gyms, performance facilities, and training environments.

Train hard. Press comfortably. Protect your shoulders.

Perfect for:

• Bench Press

• Incline Press

• Overhead Press

• Bent-Over Rows

• Upper-body strength & shoulder-friendly training
